Aurora providers

The product deployment uses a dedicated host and separately configured service accounts. Provider activation is part of the deployment review. This notice must be updated before a new provider receives user content.

• Bahnhof, Sweden: the planned dedicated application and database host.
• Anthropic, United States: AI inference when a commercial API account is configured. Relevant prompts and conversation context leave the host for this purpose. Provider retention depends on the account agreement and feature; Aurora does not claim zero retention. • AWS, Stockholm region: the planned destination for encrypted off-host backups.
• Transactional email: disabled until the chosen sender and provider are configured and named here. Invitation-only address verification can be used during the private beta.

Google, health integrations, Gmail, banks and third-party conversation connectors are unavailable until their individual connection and privacy reviews are complete. No embedding provider is enabled for product search in this release.
